Cleveland InDesign Users Group

Fiercely proud to be a native Clevelander, Susie Sharp was raised in her family’s fourth generation reprographics company giving her a deep appreciation and understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit.

Always an early adopter, she has worked with what’s now known as ‘social media’ for the past few years, but she also has a ‘frightful’ number of years’ experience in ‘traditional’ marketing. In her opinion, the combination of the new and old can be a powerful force for promoting yourself and your business. In the future, she believes that ‘social’ will just fall under the umbrella of marketing.

Four days a week Susie is the ops manager for a small commercial architectural firm in Westlake. Nights, Fridays and weekends she help executives, entrepreneurs and job seekers learn how to become proficient users of LinkedIn and other social media.

Among other activities, she is a Facebook Administrator for The Entrepreneurs Club of America – Cleveland, and a member of the Social Media Club – Cleveland, Tech Savvy Women, and the Lake Erie Moose Society (for bloggers). She is also a member of the Greater Cleveland PC Users Group. In August 2009 Susie appeared on a local television program, “Taking Care of Business” with Brad Kleinman and David Toth of Worksmart eMarketing. She was interviewed in March 2010 by Dr. Yemi Akande for her broadcast on WJCU’s program “Making the Case.”

Susie Sharp is pleased to offer CDPUG members and guests this presentation and invites all attendees to link with her at www.linkedin.com/in/susiesharp
